These measures are in place to empower you to make informed decisions before purchasing, as once a product is unpacked, it may not be suitable for resale to another customer. Therefore, we support limited returns or cancellation requests.

In the event of a defect in our product, please email images of the defect to info@hanimos.com within 2 days of receiving the package. Our dedicated team will review the case and guide you through the necessary steps if it qualifies for a replacement. Please include your order number in the email. Note that returns are not accepted in such cases.

The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

Late or Missing Refunds (due to payment failure, if applicable) If you encounter delays or issues with refunds due to payment failures, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again, allowing 7-8 working days for the transaction to be rectified.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
